Information on the statutory right of withdrawal and a model form for services.
The following information concerns consumers who conclude a contract for our services at a distance, for example by email, or away from our business premises and have a statutory right of withdrawal. This is distinct from the appointment cancellation rules in the Terms & conditions.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Tino Both, Allinger Straße 18, 94474 Vilshofen an der Donau, Germany, phone: +49 160 7468115, email: tino@neuroathletik-bayern.de) of your decision to withdraw by an unambiguous statement, such as a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to do so.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of your withdrawal, relative to the full scope of the services agreed in the contract.
Starting within the withdrawal period
For a paid service, the right of withdrawal expires only once the service has been fully performed, provided that you previously expressly consented to performance starting before the withdrawal period ended and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal would expire on full performance of the contract. For a contract concluded away from business premises, this consent must be given on a durable medium. Simply beginning performance or accepting the terms alone is not sufficient.
