Hosting and secure transmission
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Technically necessary connection data is processed when the website is accessed. This may include your IP address, date and time, requested file, access status, volume of data transferred, referring address, browser and operating system.
Processing serves the provision, security and error analysis of the website and is based on our legitimate interest in a secure online presence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Technical logs are retained only as long as required for operation, error analysis or investigating specific security incidents; statutory obligations may require longer retention. Transmission is encrypted using HTTPS. ALL-INKL privacy information.
Local files and browser settings
Fonts and images are loaded from our webspace. No advertising, map or social media services are embedded. When you switch animations on or off, that choice is stored in your browser’s local storage under “neuro-motion”. It contains no contact details and is not sent to a server. Storage serves your requested display preference; your system’s reduced-motion setting is also respected. You can change the saved setting on the website or delete it using your browser’s functions.
Visitor statistics with Matomo
After your separate consent, Matomo is loaded from our own ALL-INKL webspace. Tino Both is the controller. It records pages viewed and their order, timestamps, browser information, referring websites without their search terms or subpages, scroll depth and clicks on contact options. Form entries and messages are not recorded; personal URL parameters are removed. A contact click does not demonstrate that an enquiry or booking was sent.
Visitor and referral cookies contain a random identifier or referral information and last up to 30 days; the session cookie lasts 30 minutes. These statistics remain separate from Angewandte Neurofunktion. Visitor identifiers are not combined across the websites. “Do Not Track” is respected.
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; section 25(1) TDDDG for storing and accessing non-essential information). You can withdraw your consent at any time via Privacy settings. Accessible statistics cookies are then deleted. Your privacy choice is stored in your browser’s local storage for no more than 180 days.
The IP address is shortened by two bytes before storage; location assignment also uses the shortened address. Individual visit and action data is routinely deleted once it is older than 90 days, and aggregated reports after 24 months. Deletion runs weekly.
Contact by email and phone
The contact form sends your name, email address and, where supplied, phone number, sport and message to our webspace over an encrypted connection. After the security check, it sends an email to tino@neuroathletik-bayern.de. No separate database of form entries is created. The message is retained in the email mailbox for processing. With the required checkbox, you confirm that Tino may contact you to handle this enquiry and that you have read the privacy information. This does not constitute consent to advertising. Alternatively, you can contact us directly by email or phone.
When you get in touch, we process your contact details and message to handle your enquiry. For enquiries about working together, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise, it is our legitimate interest in responding to your message (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our email mailbox is hosted by ALL-INKL. Please do not send medical documents through this initial contact channel.
Enquiries are retained as long as required for handling and subsequent arrangements. If we begin working together, statutory retention obligations apply or documents are required to clarify claims, further retention follows those purposes. The data is then deleted.
Contact via WhatsApp
You can voluntarily contact Tino through a direct WhatsApp link. Our website loads no WhatsApp scripts or widgets. You only access the external service when you open the link. WhatsApp Ireland Limited provides WhatsApp for users in the European Economic Area. Its privacy information.
applies. If you write to us there, we use your phone number, any visible profile name and your message to handle your enquiry. Please do not send medical documents through this channel. You can alternatively use the contact form, email or phone. The general information on processing and retaining contact enquiries also applies here.
Education course waiting list
After your express consent, the form in the education section sends your email address and confirmed consent to our webspace and sends an email enquiry to Tino Both. Tino handles and confirms your place personally; sending the enquiry does not automatically add you to a mailing list. Your consent and the time of the enquiry are recorded in the email.
We use your email address to tell you when our own education courses start. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Your address remains on the waiting list until this information purpose ends or you withdraw your consent. An email to tino@neuroathletik-bayern.de is sufficient to withdraw; the lawfulness of prior processing remains unaffected.
Form security checks
To protect against automated enquiries, we use a local arithmetic question, a bot-trap field invisible to visitors, one-use form identifiers and sending limits. No external CAPTCHA provider is embedded. A technically necessary session cookie (“neuro_forms”) assigns the security question to your browser; it is a session cookie without a persistent lifetime and is not used for visitor statistics. The question expires after 30 minutes; identifiers for processed enquiries remain valid in the session for up to one hour to prevent duplicate sending.
For sending limits, the IP address and email address are converted during the check into identifiers generated using a secret key, which are not stored in plain text. Only these identifiers, technical counters and expiry times are stored. Counters expire after no more than 24 hours and are cleaned up at the next form access. Processing serves our legitimate interest in protecting the contact channel (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The security functions are necessary for the requested form and independent of consent to visitor statistics. Hosting logs remain separate.
Appointment booking through Zeitfenster buchen
The appointments page embeds calendars from zeitfenster-buchen.org for the free initial call and initial neurofunctional screening. The appointment system also runs on our ALL-INKL webspace. When loading the calendar and the height-adjustment script, your browser sends technically necessary connection data such as your IP address and browser information to that domain. Alternatively, you can open the calendar separately or arrange an appointment by email or phone.
When you submit an appointment request, we process the selected appointment type and time and the contact and appointment details you enter to handle and organise the appointment. Confirmation information is shown in the calendar. Confirmations and other organisational messages are sent by email. Please do not enter medical findings in the booking form.
The legal basis for appointment requests and carrying out our work together is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The technically necessary provision and protection of the calendar is based on our legitimate interest in reliable appointment management (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). These functions are independent of consent to visitor statistics.
To organise appointments, the appointment system may connect to Google Calendar. With such a connection, busy times are queried and confirmed appointments are managed in the connected calendar. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google may also process data outside the EU; information on the transfer safeguards used is available in its privacy information. The calendar connection serves the handling and delivery of your appointment arrangement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Appointment and communication data remains stored as long as needed to organise and follow up our work together or to meet statutory retention obligations. Cancellation does not automatically delete the associated request and communication. When the purposes and retention obligations no longer apply, the data is deleted or anonymised; backup copies are replaced in their rotation. For questions or deletion requests, contact Tino Both using the details above.
News and events
News is maintained centrally through our signature management system at signaturen.tino-both.de. Our webserver retrieves only the content published for Neuroathletik Bayern and caches it briefly. Your browser loads news and banner images through neuroathletik-bayern.de; it does not connect to the signature system for this section. No additional cookies are set and no form entries are sent to the signature system. Technically necessary provision is based on our legitimate interest in displaying current information (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
